Oat patties

– Oat flakes – 1 cup;

– Champignons – 100 g;

– Potatoes – 1 pcs.;

– Garlic – 2 cloves;

– Onion – 1 pcs.;

– Parsley.


Cooking method:

For oat patties pour oat flakes with 1/2 cup of boiling water. Leave flakes there for 30 minutes. Then, prepare all the ingredients. Cut the mushrooms. Grate potatoes on a fine grater. Skip the garlic through press. Grate the onion on a grater. Mix all components of the oat patties, add the parsley. After that fry oat patties in vegetable oil.
